What are the medium to long term goals at kaonavi?

The industrial environment in Japan is undergoing rapid change. Our aim at kaonavi, and our core purpose as an organization, is to utilize technology to transform the way companies interact with their people, and in turn transform the way societies operate.
In order to fundamentally change the way societies operate, we must strive for nonlinear growth driven by innovation, rather than the traditional model of linear growth. We should also be looking to expand the business portfolio in line with the HR data platform strategy, for example, through new product development and M&A initiatives.

To fulfill our core purpose, we need to not only expand our workforce but also boost our capacity to generate added value.
How can we best utilize our human capital, and how can we generate more added value from every employee?

To begin with, investment in human capital should be firmly geared toward innovation. It is important to provide employees with new challenges and growth opportunities. Working at a growth venture, where talented people have room to excel regardless of role or department, provides invaluable experience in terms of career progression.
It is essential to put in place appropriate support mechanisms for personal growth so that employees can make the most of the opportunities that come their way.
In addition to maintaining good lines of communication on a day-to-day basis, we use growth-based personnel structures and training and development programs to help maximize the added value of each and every employee. We are building a corporate culture where individual employee growth provides the driving force to propel the organization forward.

Employers are currently having difficulty finding competent and talented workers, particularly in fields such as engineering.
What is the kaonavi recruitment policy?

We are actively hiring across all categories as we look to expand and consolidate. The current worker shortage is likely to bring heightened competition for workers, including in the recruitment industry.
At kaonavi, we believe it is important to clearly articulate our purpose of social transformation, as well as explaining what we do and how we work and outlining the career prospects that employees can expect. We like to emphasize the enormous opportunities for growth alongside the social significance of our enterprise.

What we expect from them is genuine innovation with the power to transform the way societies operate. Innovation never comes from a homogeneous group. Diversity and differing perspectives within the group is a key factor for success in business.

We believe that diversity is directly tied to business growth, so this will be a key focus of our HR strategy.
